Thank you for shopping at Kids Inc Store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured, we’re here to help. Drop us an email on and our friendly team will do their best to resolve the issue.


You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including any tags where applicable.

Returns will be accepted for any orders where one (or several) of the following criteria are met;

  1. Kids Inc have sent you the wrong product or size from your original order.
  2. There is damage to the product.
  3. You are not satisfied with the quality of the item.

If any of the above are applicable Kids Inc will refund or replace your item free of charge.


All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2-5 working day delivery. If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days or you believe your order has gone missing, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage/shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you request a refund for an unwanted product (for example you have ordered the wrong size), the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
